ITC RoO Facilitator

The Rules of Origin (RoO) Facilitator from the International Trade Center (ITC) is an easy accessable database of RoO and origin provisions in trade agreements. The database currently contains data for more than 70 pilot trade agreements applied by 85 countries and non-preferential regimes but is continuously expanded to include new trade agreements. The ultimate goal is to cover all free trade agreements and preferential schemes that are currently global active (more than 400).

The Asia-Pacific Trade and Investment Agreement Database (APTIAD) contains information on all preferential agreements within the area, an agreement-country matrix, and an advanced search engine allowing to locate agreements by country, agreement name, status, scope, WTO notification status, and keywords.

WTO PTA Database

This database contains information on preferential trade arrangements (PTAs) that are being implemented by WTO members. The database was established as an outcome of the decision establishing the Transparency Mechanism for PTAs. In context of this decision, PTAs are understood to mean non-reciprocal preferential schemes. They are distinct from regional trade agreements (RTAs), which are covered by the Transparency Mechanism for RTAs.

ASEAN SME Service Center

The service center contains comprehensive information on and related legal documents of Free Trade Agreements in the ASEAN as well as ASEAN+1 and ASEAN+6 region. Besides a list of services sorted by country and type of service of a great number of SMEs it also provides information on initiatives regarding SMEs development in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), from policy-level to program-level, as well as best practices from across the region.

ASEAN-China Free Trade Area Businesss Portal

The portal provides wide-ranging information and national documents on tariffs, trade in goods, investments, economic cooperation single window, statistics, and certificates within the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area.

To keep track with the proliferation of free trade agreements (FTAs) in the Asia and Pacific region, the Asian Regional Integration Center (ARIC) FTA database provides a comprehensive listing of all bilateral and plurilateral FTAs that includes at least one of ADB’s 48 regional members as signatory. It monitors all agreements in the region from FTAs under negotiation to those in force.

The Global Preferential Trade Agreements (GPTAD) database provides information on preferential trade agreements (PTAs) around the world, including agreements that have not been notified to the World Trade Organization (WTO). It is designed to help trade policy makers, scholars, and business operators better understand and navigate PTAs. Currently the GPTAD is integrated with the World Integrated Trade Solution (WITS) database and is part of the World Bank’s (WB) Open Data initiative

WTO RTA Information System

The database allows to retrieve information on Regional Trade Agreements (RTAs) notified to the GATT/WTO by country/territory and by other criteria. It includes a list of all RTAs in force as well as those that have been announced.

The APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) System was developed by APEC economies with input and assistance from industry and civil society to build consumer, business and regulator trust in cross border flows of personal information. It requires participating businesses to implement data privacy policies consistent with the APEC Privacy Framework. These policies and practices must be assessed as compliant with the program requirements of the APEC CBPR System by an Accountability Agent and be enforceable by law.
